Inter-School Sports Events

Alongside PE and extra-curricular activities, we also organise inter-school sports tournaments in different areas of Norfolk in an array of sports included in the curriculum. 

We seek to run these tournaments on a seasonal basis, in conjunction with the sports that are likely being delivered in PE at that time, meaning children get the opportunity to take part in competitive sport and showcase the skills they learn in school.

Children have the opportunity to win medals and ultimately a trophy should they be successful in these tournaments, creating memories for life. Inter-school tournaments are also an effective way of networking with other schools in the locality. 

We also like to offer schools the opportunity to host these tournaments, should they have the facilities to do so, meaning they’re able to enter a team free of charge and avoid travel entirely. We provide all risk assessments prior to the event as well as produce an itinerary, with information and rules included so visiting staff know exactly how the event will run.

Photos of the event will be taken and sent to schools following its conclusion, ensuring only children with photo permission are included.

We produce a full timetable of events at the beginning of every academic year to distribute to schools in the area to enable them to book on in plenty of time.
